Warranty

I LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

TARPON trailers are warranted to the original purchaser only, for a period of (5) years from the date of purchase, to be free from defects in material and workmasnship on all components manufactured by TARPON.  Any defective part of the trailer will be replaced at no charge for the parts or labor when returned to the factory or a designated distributor at the owner's expense.

II EXCLUSIONS

This is a limited (5) year warranty and does not apply to:

1. Equipment or accessories under separate warranty by their respective manufacturers.
2. Damage caused by abuse, neglect, or improper use.
3. Any consequential damage, loss of time, inconvience, loss or damage of personal property.
4. Overloading. Exceeding manufacturer's specified load limits.
5. Accidents
6. Negligence
7. Use for rental or lease.
8. Any modifications to basic structure.
9. Normal maintenance service.
10. Chrome, anodized or plated parts or surfaces.
11. Trailers sold as "Demonstrators".

III Procedure

Within 15 days of the discovery of any defect, the owner must notify TARPON for authorization of warranty repairs.
